Transportation & Advanced Warehousing

The official transportation company is GES Logistics Services.  GES Logistics will, in addition to its regular shipping services, operate an on-site service desk on the exposition floor for information during the show, and provide service for rush shipments. 

FREE pre-show storage is available to  exhibitors using GES Logistics for up to 30 days prior to move-in.  Pre-Show storage is available to exhibitors NOT using GES Logistics however transportation charges to show site will apply.

Please be sure to write your booth number, company name, Hall D & E South Building and DesignTrends on all packages before they are loaded for transport to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. International Shipments/Customs
Exhibitors shipping material to the Show from outside Canada should contact our official Show broker, The Commerce Trade Show Logistics Group.
